By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet at ji888, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If duplicate accounts are detected, ji888 will close the additional account(s) and may void any bonuses or winnings associated with them.

When registering, you must provide accurate and current information including your real name, valid Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If any of your details change — particularly your mobile number or email address — you must update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.

Your account login credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. ji888 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Do not share your login details with anyone. ji888 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared or inadequately protected your credentials.

• Do not log in from shared or public devices without logging out afterward.

ji888 reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification checks at any stage, particularly before processing withdrawals or during account review. Verification is handled confidentially and documents are not shared with third parties except where required by law.

All deposits on the ji888 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ji888 accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods:

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — the same requirement that applies to deposits. You cannot withdraw to a different person's account.

Pending bets are not included in your withdrawable balance until they are settled. Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements are not withdrawable until the requirements are fulfilled.

• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. Typical requirements range from 5x to 30x depending on the promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the promotional validity period stated in the offer. Bonus funds that have not met requirements by the expiry date are removed from your account automatically.

By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules.

The minimum bet across ji888 games is Rs 10. Maximum bet limits vary by game and market and are displayed in the betting interface before you place your stake. Maximum payout limits per bet also apply and are documented per game category.

For Football Betting specifically:

• All bets are settled on the 90-minute result unless the market specifies otherwise (e.g. including extra time).
• Postponed matches result in stake refund unless the match is rescheduled within a specified window per league rules.
• Abandoned matches are voided if the required minimum playing time has not been reached.
• In-play bets are final once accepted. ji888 reserves the right to void in-play bets accepted in error where a technical fault caused incorrect odds to be displayed.

For Aviator and Crash Games:

• Each round is determined by a certified provably fair algorithm. Results cannot be influenced by ji888 staff or any third party after the round seed is committed.
• If a game round is voided due to a technical error, stakes are returned to player accounts in full.

ji888 maintains a fair play environment for all Pakistani players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Verification documents requested have not been provided within the required timeframe.
• The account is involved in a chargeback dispute.
• The account holder has initiated a self-exclusion request.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, ji888 will communicate the reason and expected resolution timeline to the account holder within 48 hours, unless doing so would compromise an ongoing fraud investigation. Real-money balances in suspended accounts are held securely and are not at risk.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Real-money balances at the time of closure will be refunded to the registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure are forfeited.
